So I told Nature Girl to go ahead and sign up for Patrol at school for next year. That's right--I've given up the idea of homeschooling her for next year.
Sigh.
I'm not very happy.
But it's ok. I need to pay off my debt, I've got a great job (well, an ok job) dog walking now, and it would give me a chance to get that monkey off my back, finally. And, it would help the family for me to be less stressed. AND, she likes school and wants to stay for 6th grade.
I swear I'll yank her if her attitude or behavior deteriorates. I swear I will.
Sigh.

Nature Girl's Curriculum
- NG is now in 5th grade at public school.
- Music--taking viola at school, piano privately, and guitar off and on with Daddy. Sings in church choir, has rehearsal once a week. Also taking liturgical dance at church every week
- Math--Bumped up to 6th grade math, which is still a review of what we covered last year in Saxon 7/6 and 6/5
- Grammar--Using Easy Grammar afterschool, because her mom thinks it's a good idea LOL
- Reading/LA--has to keep reading log, writes an essay every week
- History--Ancients
- Science--Earth and Sky

Not sure what the future holds. Graduated 2010 from high school.
Film Buff's Curriculum
- Double major--Cinema and Art History
- Sophmore at VCU
